My mother-in-law asked what B.C. Clark was after having seen it mentioned on a facebook page. Anybody from Oklahoma knows B.C. Clark and can probably sing their jingle with little or no prompting. They've had the same jingle practically since time immemorial. I found this copy on their website. Just hearing it brought back great holiday memories (Lord knows I must have heard it about a gazillion times every year at the holiday season when I lived in Oklahoma). lol
So now you know what B.C. Clark is, Donna. And I dare any of you to listen to this and not get it stuck in your head for the rest of the day. :)
Okay, you'd like to drive me out of my tiny mind, wouldn't you? I refuse to hear BC Clark's anniversary sale...drat...there it goes again...and Santa on his sleigh...you slay me kid!

ha ha - too funny. A girl here at work was threatened within an inch of her life last week if she did not stop singing Feliz Navidad!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteNow I'll be humming that all evening! :)
I've never heard this one...
ReplyDelete:-)

ReplyDeleteFirst of all--I am sooooo glad you're back--I missed you so much & had your family in my prayers.
Now, you can tell I'm from "northern" Okla--I didn't know the BC Clark jingle. It's cute.
The song I get stuck on is the theme from the Smurfs--oh crap, now it's there again!!!
Never heard it-- the ups to living on British satellite :-)
ReplyDeleteI see what you mean.
