I'm Back but my computer is gone...

Hi everyone! I'm back from Florida, but my CPU fan has gone out on my home computer (it probably missed me so much that it blew itself up in protest of my absence. lol). I'm starting to wonder just exactly what Sydney the Wonder Dog and Blu-Boy get up to while we're gone from home. Remember when we got back from vacation in June, one of our A/C units went out and my washing machine lost its mind? Now it's my computer. Sheesh. I think the dogs are trying to teach us a lesson for leaving them behind...Anywho, I'm still on Randey's laptop (which obviously doesn't like me or my typing habits) so I'm still not able to blog properly or even post pictures yet (can't find the adapter to download my photos on this thing). Randey's mission today is to find and install a new fan so I can tell you all about my adventures in the Sunshine state. My mission is to sit here and whine about it until he gets it done (I kid, I kid!!). Hope to be blogging by tonight!

  1. I know all about the things that decide to stop working while you're away, it's happened to us before too.

Sometimes you can get just a little more life out of a cpu fan by blowing the heck out of it with canned air. :-) Dusty stuff gets built up on the blades.

  5. bummer. I just had to replace (by 'I' I mean kidlet #2) in my computer. Kidlets on the other hand was more serious and he is in the process of trying to get it running at least until he can make himself part with enough money for a new one. He knows what he wants, he just wants someone else to pay for it! Typical.
    Looking forward to seeing pictures!

  8. We've had a rash of things breaking over the past year. It gets to be routine after a while, LOL. Hope you can get the laptop to do your blogging. Welcome back home - can't wait to see new pictures!

  9. Grrrrrr, there I can growl for you. I hate computer troubles and I especially hate it when my blogging buds have them. I'm dealing with a modem that was blown in a recent electrical storm at my parents'. This necessitates my running home because I am a hopeless internet junkie. It's sad really...
